This is a picture of one of the main streets of Hara ( Hai Al Wazarat) area. I would like to point this out to the Municipality. The red marks you see on the wall is the result of constant spitting of what we call “pan”. It is a lot of stuff wrapped in a leaf , chewed and people spit it out.
Who would clean this?
