I bought this internet connect usb from Zain 2 months ago. It has worked Only 2 weeks (barely) and never again! Just does not connect! It has a balance of 200 and it is useless.
I went to a zain outlet and sat with the customer service guy for an hour trying to make it work.
His final answer: I really don’t know why it will not work. I left.
Great stupid customer service and no 3g service. Good going Zain!!
